I could tell you where I grew up or what I studied in college but in the end, it comes down to this: I’m an artist and my clients work with me because of this. My couples want their images to tell their stories and express real, authentic emotions—the kind that cliché poses and conventional styling leave out. I go against the grain, I take risks and I’m not afraid to be quirky or different. It’s how I capture those beautiful, intimate moments on your wedding day.
It’s my passion to tell stories of people living for adventure, who are proud of their own authenticity, and of course, who are crazy in love.
I believe in a laid back approach to photographing weddings. Weddings are stressful enough and I don’t want to add any pressure by hauling lighting equipment here and there or spending too much time posing you in awkward ways. Instead, I photograph you two as you are and as your day unfolds.
I work best with adventurous couples who are too entangled in their raw, unfiltered love to pose for cheesy photos. My goal is to have you forget that I’m even there. My goal is to leave you with photos you want to frame and hang on your walls because they represent everything you felt in that very moment.
