BEHIND THE BRAND
Merge Urban Development Group is a development team focused on real estate development in the Midwest. Their main goal for their brand was to have it highlight their passion for creating mixed-use building sites that reflect both a community’s history and its aspirations.
During the creative process I focused on two main objectives. They wanted the brand to represent the improvement of the community and focus on the people who reside there. Keeping the community growth and residents in mind, I designed the following designs that were approved by the client with minimal revisions. The logomark features an arrow and lines similar to a crosswalk – both of which are nods to their original goals. The color palatte was selected to keep things versitle as they partner with other developers and contractors.
